3 Miles on Treadmill
Monday I saw Dr. Andersen, my sports medicine doctor, and he gave me a cortisone shot in my left knee. Hopefully, I'm good to go for the marathon. I was able to run 3 miles today with very little pain in my IT Band and it should improve even further. Tracy and I "treadmilled" together at the YMCA this morning. I ran 3 miles in 37:39 minutes.
