Today was a rough day for my IT band. I think I re-injured it during the downhill portion of Friday's run. All weekend I was in pain so I put off the 10 mile run. Today I got on the treadmill and felt immediate, sharp, intense pain in my knee from the first jogging steps. I walked almost the entire 10 miles. The time today was 2:41:22.
